Although the artist currently lives in Burgundy, he lived for several years by the sea. Through his paintings, he transcribes past emotions by creating seascapes often bathed in light. His paintings are made with acrylic paint and a knife, thus giving material effects. The artist is looking for balance of shapes and colors. His seascapes sometimes tend towards abstraction.
