"My artworks are a real desire to express my emotions that only abstract art can translate, synonymous with freedom of thought and ideas allowing one to wander without direction. My seven years spent in Brussels, the artistic and contemporary capital, nourished my creativity. Artists such as Christian-Hetzel, Gary Komarin and Allison B. Cooke also sparked powerful emotions in me, which guided my work. As a lover of colors and their associations, the use of pigments was a revelation, a technique which allowed me to develop my own color chart. The work with pigment gives my creation a natural, wild appearance and the acrylic provides a brilliant texture to my canvas: I thus play on the material. I use the brush for the spontaneous movement it brings and the knife structures the whole".
