Sculpture has always been, for Philippe LONZI, a sincere means of expression. The work of cutting new steel in all its forms contributes to the search for aesthetics. Each work in progress is a questioning, a new adventure, a laborious journey of the mind. The purity of the lines of new steels must not disappear after being attacked by the flame or the edge of the tools directed by the artist. The full spaces balancing with the empty spaces contribute to a slow metamorphosis of all these elements. From this alchemy made of reflection and material, springs a new sculpture, which will remain, for Philippe LONZI, the witness of stubborn work and the receptacle of limitless emotion
