A journey between graffiti and abstraction From the 1990s onward, Leyto became involved in vandal graffiti, particularly tagging, before exploring canvas painting in the early 2000s. His artistic approach is based on a fusion of urban art and abstract painting, seeking to create a harmonious connection between these two practices. Since 2013, he has dedicated his work to the search for balance between forms, lines, and movement, playing with the energy of graffiti and the depth of abstraction. His unique graphic universe is characterized by a controlled use of line, oscillating between calligraphic gestures and structured composition. Leyto has exhibited his works in France and internationally, attracting the attention of contemporary art, street art, and abstraction enthusiasts. His work appeals to both collectors and art galleries thanks to its original aesthetic and innovative approach to abstract graffiti. In constant experimentation, the artist continues to explore new techniques and materials in order to push the boundaries of abstraction and graffiti. Whether on canvas, walls, or urban spaces, he seeks to develop a universal visual language capable of resonating with a wide audience.
