Self-taught artist Maxime Andriot has been painting since a very young age. He first began by painting landscapes from his region and held his first exhibition at the age of 16. Later, he experimented with various techniques including oil, acrylic, pastel, and spray paint, as well as different materials and surfaces. He draws inspiration from many subjects such as portraiture and urban landscapes, but his favorite theme remains the cartoons of his childhood, which he enjoys bringing to life with bright and electric colors. Maxime Andriot, contemporary artist, has been a partner of Open Art Galerie since 2016. His works are part of our 'urban art' and 'cartoons' thematic collections.
